كنت مدعوا لحفل زفاف فى قريتى وكانت تجلس معى أبنتى الصغيرة .. يارا .. وفجأة قالت :
بابا..
مامعنى .. الأم مدرسة ؟
وهممت فى الرد بين الطبل والزمر والزينة وأنشغال الحضور بالرقص والزغاريد والغناء إلا واحدة .. هى أم العروسة

.. نظرت لها فوجدتها تهمس فى أذن أبنتها :
بعد قليل سوف نتركك مع عريسك .. ثم أخذت حفنة من الرمال الموجودة على الأرض وأطبقت عليها بيدها وكانت كلما تطبق عليها تتساقط زرات الرمال ..
وهنا قالت الأم لإبنتها :
عاملى زوجك برفق ولا تضغطى عليه حتى لايهرب منك كما هربت من يدى زرات الرمال .
أستمعت ابنتى لهذا الكلام فنظرت .. وابتسمت

I was invited to a wedding party in my village , my young daughter, Yarra , was sitting with me ….suddenly she asked :

What is the meaning of ….mother is a school ?

I was about to answer among the sound of the drums and music , the attendance were busy dancing … singing except one , she was the mother of the bride , I looked at her ,she was whispering to her daughter ….then she took some sand that was on the ground …..after short time we will leave you with you bridegroom ….she held them tightly …the more she pressed the more particles of sand fell , here the mother told her daughter :

Treat your husband kindly and do not press so as not to flee away as the particles of sand ran from my hand ,….my daughter listened to the speech , looked and smiled.
